Wedding bar hire in Guernsey

A fully managed wedding bar, with guests paying for their own drinks as they order. We provide the bar, stock, team, equipment and agreed drinks menu, with a minimum bar spend set according to your guest numbers and length of service. All guest purchases count towards that minimum.

You can still host welcome drinks, table wine, champagne or other parts of the day separately.

Choose a set bar tab, provide personalised drinks tokens, or combine the two. Once a tab is running low, you can extend it, add another amount or switch the bar to guest-paid for the remainder of the celebration.

With tokens, you choose how many drinks you would like to provide and we agree which serves they can be redeemed against. They can also be personalised to suit the wedding.

Both hosted drinks and later guest purchases contribute towards the agreed minimum bar spend.

Take care of the drinks throughout the celebration and allow your guests to order from the agreed bar menu without paying as they go.

We plan the menu, service hours and any agreed limits with you in advance, then record every drink made at the bar on our till throughout the event.

A minimum bar spend is agreed according to your guest numbers, length of service and chosen drinks offering. If consumption exceeds that amount, the final balance reflects what has actually been served.
