A professionally managed private bar for your celebration, with guests purchasing their own drinks as they order.

We provide the bar, stock, experienced team, equipment and an agreed drinks menu tailored to the occasion. A minimum bar spend is set according to guest numbers, length of service and the style of bar required, with all guest purchases contributing towards that amount. Arrival drinks, champagne, table wine or selected moments during the event can still be hosted separately.

Start the celebration with an agreed tab, provide personalised drinks tokens, or combine the two. When the hosted balance is running low, you can extend it, add another amount or allow the bar to move seamlessly to guest-paid service. Tokens can be created specifically for the occasion and redeemed against an agreed selection of drinks, giving you a more personal way to treat your guests. Both hosted drinks and subsequent guest purchases contribute towards the event's agreed minimum bar spend.

We work with you beforehand to create the drinks selection, agree service hours and plan any particular cocktails, wines, champagne, premium spirits or alcohol-free options you would like available. Our team then manages the complete bar service throughout the event, with every drink made at the bar recorded on our till. A minimum bar spend is agreed according to guest numbers, service length and the drinks offering selected. Where consumption exceeds that amount, the final balance reflects what has actually been served.
