Corporate event bar hire in Guernsey

A fully managed bar for your event, with guests purchasing their own drinks as they order.

We provide the bar, stock, team, equipment and agreed drinks menu, with a minimum bar spend set according to guest numbers and length of service. All guest purchases contribute towards that minimum.

You can still host arrival drinks, selected drinks or other parts of the event separately.

Set an agreed amount behind the bar, cover selected drinks or give each guest a fixed allowance using drinks tokens. You can decide exactly what the hosted amount can be used for, including house spirits, beer, cider, wine and soft drinks, while excluding shots or premium products if required.

Every eligible drink made at the bar is recorded on our till. When the allowance is running low, the nominated event contact can extend it or ask us to move to a guest-paid bar. This gives the business a clear spending limit while still providing something for staff, clients or invited guests.

The booking is subject to an agreed minimum spend based on the number of guests and length of service.

The business covers the full drinks service and guests do not pay at the bar. We agree the menu, service hours and any product limits in advance, allowing the drinks range to match the type of function and the guests attending.

Every drink is recorded through our tills, giving you a clear account of what was served. The final drinks total is billed after the event, subject to the minimum spend agreed in advance. This option works well for client hospitality, awards events, launches and company celebrations where the bar forms part of the guest experience.

Draught beer and cider are available on request. Ask us for a list of the beers and ciders we can serve on draught.
